great staff with good communication skills
Had a great experience, staff was really nice and helpful, took the time to answer questions about my order to make sure they got it right and they did. Quality of the food and drinks I got were good.
I usually don’t write reviews but this felt to be needed. Lady who took my order took forever and kept being quiet and not telling me my order through drive through. And when I got to the window they weren’t able to do my offer I had through the app. So instead of paying 8.99 I ended up paying 15$ and I didn’t even get my full order! They removed one of my donuts that was supposed to go through with the combo! They were in a rush but didn’t move like it was. And they burned my bun!!! So overall bad service. Amazing experience every time I come in, staff is always so polite and welcoming. The speed and care of service is wonderful. Store is always clean when I come in. Having the orange sprinkle donut available for charity just made my day!
