Terrible customer service, attitude from employees and lack of knowledge about the items they sell. Waited in line for roughly 30 minutes before even being acknowledged. They don't know what the Reese's cookie is, tell me they have it. Then give me an M&M based cookie and claim that its the Reese's cookie. When I point that out, they refer to a sign that says "made with Reese's" instead of acknowledging that the Reese's peanut butter cups is what the Reese's cookie is. They throw a fit when I ask for a refund for lying to me... read more
