Ordered a dark roast coffee and it was the worst coffee I’ve ever tasted. I tried to tell the counter person but they said be back in a minute. I waited several minutes and then had to leave. Will not be going back
I stopped and ordered two flavored lattes in the drive through, I had forgot to mention what size I wanted and Sandra Vickery, the manager snapped at me "can I get I size for those" so I apologized and stated I'd like them both medium thank you, she then said in a tone mocking my voice " oh having the size is so helpful when making drinks, THANK YOU" I pulled up to the window and asked the employee who was on the mic, he tells me it's his manager and I tell him we'll she's really rude.
