The manager is very rude and unprofessional. I ordered a tea and a cold brew. They started brewing it for me and because someone in the drive thru ordered after me. They took the tea that was brewing off the brewer and poured it and gave it to the drive thru. Huge thanks to Marge and the team this morning. Even with the busy holiday today, they still managed to take the time to make my daughters day. I wish I had looked at his name tag but the young man running the counter this morning is always very helpful and friendly as well. This time and on other recent visits. Upon arriving, the drive thru was wrapped around the building and the line in the store had at least 9 people. As to be expected since it was the morning rush on a holiday. Every time I come here it’s the worst experience over and over. I always order a sausage egg and cheese with a chocolate glazed donut. 9/10 times they give me a chocolate dipped donut instead of glazed. 9/10 they give me a bacon egg and cheese and normally I just eat it and go on with my day. Then one day I was like I pay for this so I will go in and get what I asked for, so I walked into the store and very nicely pointed out that it was made with bacon and if I could get it with sausage.
