This establishment has gone downhill over the past five years that I've been visiting it. I drive to Windchill on 24th now for donuts and only go here when necessary for coffee. They try to rush you through too quick which causes mistakes in your order and the food is often cold. Every once in awhile you get a friendly person who isn't rush rush but for the most part very robotic.
Service is always quick and the coffee is delicious. My kids love the donuts. I would recommend this Tim Hortons to anyone.
