Coffee always tastes stale. My coffee, yesterday, was not even drinkable. Plus it's more expensive than other local Tim Horton's. Medium double double - $2.75 Other restaurants - $2.43 Big difference for bad coffee. Won't be back.
Honestly, the biggest issue at this Tim Hortons isn’t the food or the workers it’s the ownership. The store feels poorly managed from the top down. Things are constantly out of stock, wait times are way too long, and when problems happen there’s zero accountability from management. It doesn’t feel like the staff are supported, and you can tell morale is low. I’ve been to other Tim Hortons locations that run much smoother, so it’s clear the ownership here is the main problem. Whoever is running this place is doing everything right. I’ve lived near this location for a year now and everyone is always so friendly. Also, they have the most consistency in their drinks that I’ve ever experienced at any coffee shop.
