After spending over $30, I had to ask them to correct my wife’s and my orders. Neither of my bagels had cream cheese, even after the person who made them had confirmed that both were to be toasted, buttered, and have cream cheese. Then on my wife’s two sandwiches, there was next to no mayo on either of them. I’m meaning the size of a pinky nail on each sandwich. This is the third time my bagels have been messed up at this location on South Park, and I’m tired of it.

The best Tim Hortons I’ve been at in a long time. It is clean, great employees, well stocked with all items. Highly recommend!

First time at this Timmy's and I was impressed with the friendly staff and fast service. The cafe is very clean inside and out, including the restroom. My new go-to for my morning coffee. Highly recommend!!

I’ve given this Tim Hortons multiple chances, and I’m done. Almost every time I order, something is wrong. The food is often made carelessly, tastes old or just plain nasty, and my drinks are inconsistent. Even simple orders somehow get messed up. It’s frustrating to spend money expecting the same quality every visit and instead be disappointed over and over again. Management really needs to focus on quality control and making sure orders are prepared correctly. I won’t be coming back unless things improve.
