The cashier was very rude. She charged us for our original drinks but gave us a normal latte. Very passive aggressive workers. Gave me a damaged cup that spilt everywhere. Not our first time having a bad experience here too.

Ordered a medium caramel cold brew with cold foam, it looks good taste bad!!! Not sure what they did to it but don't taste like coffee at all. More like water with a dash of milk and cold foam on top. This is the second time I've been to this Tim Hortons and I'm done. Will not be back.
