Absolutely RUDE staff!!! Hair was in my food. Wouldn't let me talk to a manager inside because there inside isn't open still. Made me wait through the drive through just to still not let me talk to a manager! Got a refund, will never go back!! #horrible service #never go back
This Tim Hortons has been the worse Tim Hortons I have ever gone to. You cannot use their app to order on line so you cannot get the deals that are advertised. They tell you their app isn't working so you can't get the deals, the problem is that their app hasn't worked in a over a year. Each time I try they give the same answer. Great food, but I bent my tire rim on entrance pothole.
Service is poor the coffee is watered down, you have to repeat your order several time they don't put the sleeves on the hot coffee you have to ask for the sleeve and they hand it to you. They gave me a black coffee after I ordered one cream and four sugars. Please management make the changes, improve your customer service and quality to meet the standards of the Tim Horton's brand. I love Tim Horton's coffer over the competition and they are on my way to work.
This morning I was craving a sausage egg and cheese waffle so I went through the drive through. When I got home I was disappointed to find they had given me a chicken waffle so I called up and talked to Sarah she was very nice and apologetic and not only offered to replace my sandwich but my coffee as well. When I arrived at the store for my replacement it was very busy but they didn't complain or give me attitude about the replacement. Ordered Maple Oatmeal through the drive thru and received uncooked oatmeal with an inch of water floating on top. Tried to microwave at work to finish cooking the oatmeal. The most terrible oatmeal ever from Tim Horton's and this is the second time this has happened at this particular location so I just wonder how many others are served this terribly made oatmeal. I will discontinue my stops at this restaurant and get my oatmeal at McDonald's instead. Shame on Tim Horton's for sending such poor quality food out to anyone.
Coffee is very important! I order the cafe mocha (it’s suppoe to be half coffee half hot chocolate). Quite often they give me black coffee with a pinch of hot chocolate!!! Gross. So sick of having my coffee not made right!
Stopped and got 2 lattes and 2 steak subs for my son and I, for his birthday and we both got sick on them. Called and let them know and not a , I'm sorry, not nothing if I could give a less rating I would. The girl said, okay I will let the run know.
I went inside to get a large decaf Cafe Mocha. When I got home I found I only had a cup of coffee. I tried to call them to let them know but nobody answers the phone. I want what I ordered or I will never go back.
