This branch has become the worst in the area Almost a year away from this branch even though it is the closest to me and today I decided to go and get some coffee thinking it must improve its service but unfortunately the service and thier coffee is the worst i have ever had

I had a very disappointing experience at Tim Hortons. I ordered a Sausage & Egg with Cheese Muffin Stack through the drive-thru. When I received my sandwich, the sausage was missing. I returned and asked why my order was not made correctly. The employee told me that he intentionally did not include the sausage because it contains pork. I was very disappointed by this response. I picked up the mobile order for Sam around 8 am on the 12th of June, this is by far the worst Tim Hortons in the area. If you’re going to pull cars around and make them wait 10+ minutes for a simple egg and cheese biscuit, at least make sure the food is hot. My entire sandwich was ice cold including the egg.
