Iced capp was good. Smoothie not so much. And the bigger girl in drive thru was very rude, she did not say one word to us.
I have never had a problem with this location but today I got a 9 grain bagel with cream cheese. When I got to work I started to eat it and noticed a piece of fuzzy hair and when I looked closer I noticed it had little pieces on hair all over it like it had been dropped on the ground and served to me. I am so disgusted right now I will never go back. I called to let the manager know what happened she didn't seem at all apologetic but did offer me a replacement that of course declined.
