My dad went to this store to get me an iced capp with espresso and vanilla in it. The first time he went they gave him an iced coffee and he asked at the window to confirm it was an iced capp and they told him it was even though it wasnt. We went back after he brought it home and i told him it wasnt the right drink. They apologized for the mistake and attempted to remake the drink. They asked my dad if he wanted cream in it and he said he wasnt sure he doesnt drink coffee he was just ordering for his daughter who just wanted... read more
Drive-thru, coffee only. The server at the drive-thru was baffled when handed cash. Two medium dark-roast coffees were $5.37. Handed out $6.00 and nearly shortcircuted the poor kid. Of coursethe penny scam resulted in a change return of only .60 which is frustrating enough. Then, to drive away and find the coffee is cold... Eh, first world problems. But, the visit was a letdown.
