Absolutely insane that you can order ahead but yet still make people wait in line behind everyone in the store???? What is the point of ordering ahead if we have to wait for everyone just getting there to order? And the 2 lady's at the front register that alternate days have no sense of urgency making that wait 45 minutes for a cup of coffee ordered over an hour before hand! Super long wait times and very rude staff. Everything always seems to be a joke at this location. Once in a while you will get someone who actually has customer service skills. As someone who used to work at a Tim Hortons this location is by far the most disappointing. Sorry it is busy, but you are working at a breakfast joint, during breakfast time,in the middle of a city. Store opens 5am, but nothing says dining room doesn’t. Arrived closer to 6, doors still locked. Had to do drive through and eat in car then go to Walmart for a bathroom.
