I swear every time I come here I say never again. I just waited 20 minutes in line for a medium coffee and a donut and when I finally got my order they didn't even have the donut available. There is an annoying preset message at the drive-thru I don't even know why that's there this is the only Tim Hortons I go to that has that. They really should be prioritizing the drive-thru line.

The better location in Batavia, the only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because the wait times are a tad long especially if you go inside as they are pressing to push through the drive thru line. My orders are usually accurate and delicious though!
3 days in a row have gone thru the drive through. All 3 times, car line was 4 to 6 cars in front of me to the window. Each drive trhough line was 15 to 20 minutes to go through. When you get to the speaker they will intentionally ignore you until the cars clear out in front of you. If they are going to be this slow they need an exit out the drive through. Using bogus methods to meet fake metrics
Drive thru so slow been in drive thru for half hour they only take 1 car at a time and are very rude
