I asked for a drink, was told to pull to the side to wait for it, waited a few minutes and came inside to find numerous employees sitting on the counter hanging out. They said they needed the steamer to warm up and it would be a few minutes. I asked for a refund because I needed to get to work and had already waited for some time. They charged me $0.00 in addition to the $5 they already charged for the latte instead of giving a refund.
Went to this Tim Hortons and an employee with the drive thru headphones on was outside rolling a blunt.
Poor customer service There’s no manager
This place is a very, very bad place. This is the second time I ordered coffee and they sold me water.
