Service great service knows what I like and it’s very fast and efficient

This tim hortons does not meet standard. We went through the drive through and ordered valentine's day timbits and two donuts. We were informed at the order station that one of the donuts was not available. After paying for our order we were informed that the other donut was not available. We made the substitution for the donut, and when we received our order, the valentine's timbits were actually just plain timids. Melissa and Brian were so kind so help me out when another location was closed due to a water main break. For some reason, the closed location was still listed for pickup, and I know now that the app is run by a third party. While the app, corporate, and this third party failed me, Melissa and Brian gave me fantastic service and were more than happy helping me get my order!
