On August 3, 2025, I visited this location via the drive-thru. The service was unprofessional from the start, with the employee at the speaker lacking any engagement. My order for three sandwiches, donuts, one lemonade, and two cups of water was incorrectly charged as four sandwiches. While at the window, I observed the employee fill our water cups from a utility sink. I requested a refund for the extra sandwich and declined the water. Thought we would try this location again, after not going here for a long time because of a manager that was consistently rude. Unfortunately for us, she is still there, and still rude. Ordered a black coffee, croissant and donut. Was handed the coffee and a bagel. When I pointed out we didn't order a bagel, the manager told me to pull around to the side and they would bring it out to me, even though there was no one else in line behind us and all they had to do was toast and butter a croissant.
