Awful customer service, staff were rude when I tried to double check they used the right milk, they seem offended by the question and gave me attitude. I only asked bc the size they gave me was wrong so I wanted to make sure at least the milk was correct. My latte was good tho but I won’t be coming back.

I activated the free donut with drink purchase offer and ordered a large latte on June 3rd at 4:49 PM. The staff refused to give me the free donut unless I added it to the order, which charged me extra when I do. When I explained, she was rude and dismissive and closed the window on me. Very disappointing experience. I’m never coming back.
