I went to Tim Horton twice this week and both times the workers gave poor customer service. On both occasions the cashier made me a sandwich and just handed me the sandwich without putting it in a bag. I asked her for a bag, and instead of putting the sandwich in the bag, she just handed me a bag. She also gave me my coffee without a lid. I think that particular Tim Horton needs to train their employees on good customer service.

I love Tim Hortons but this location doesn't meet the standard. The staff doesn't care about anything. Today, the girl was on a video chat on her phone with someone while she took my order and made it. My drink wasn't right. I give up on spending my money here.
