Out again no ice cppacino at this place. Don’t bother trying to call first because the phone number is out of service. Even on the Tim Hortons app the phone number is bad. Another fail.
Reading these reviews...TIm hortons asks for you to contact them and yet nothing changes with this store. I only return because it is closest to me but honestly, it isnt worth the headache. The long wait time in the drive thru... nice kids working but the manager must not have a clue. I think actually they have had a new one every year and it never changes. the scanner doesnt work today ... sorry... the ice cap machine is "down" sorry.... Do something Tim Hortons. Where is the owner?
this place is a joke. always out of something...lids, straws and half the time their ice capp machine is out of service . not for a day but a week. i thought a new manager would make a difference. it has not.
Ordered a TOASTED plain bagel with cream cheese.....the bagel was NOT toasted and the outside of the "bag" they serve the bagel in was full of cream cheese. I also ordered a very berry smoothie and was told they were out of the ingredients to make it. While sitting at the windo waiting for the bagel and soft drink my son overheard and employee say they had the ingredients but they didn't want to make the smoothie because they are a pain to make. Take some pride in your product and put forth some effort. So aggravating! 😡
