We went through the drive thru to get coffee and bagels. When we got to the window, we realized we forgot to ask for a cup of water. We politely asked if we could add one, but the employee said there was a car behind us and that we would have to go back through the line. We then asked if we could at least get a cup of water, and they said no because we would have to pay for it. Paying wasn’t the issue. We were more than happy to pay. I paid $5.78 for this little drink. And it’s not full. I do not recommend this drinks and place.
Cannot sing the praises of Chloe high enough. She was SO helpful and QUICK. Will come back just because of her. By far the hardest worker I saw there.
Firstly I’d like to say that the staff were rude and didn’t show respectful customer service. Part of my order was wrong twice and it was made to seem like my fault because I didn’t order something by the correct name. I love Tim Hortons but this is the last time coming to this location.
