I’ve visited this location for many years and have never had service so bad to write a review. The staff are disrespectful and talk to you like you’re bothering them. Had the nerve to call me a liar because they got my order wrong. Last time I checked customer service meant providing great service to your customers so they come back. Today I went to buy coffee around 5:20 a guy was working there this morning when I order the coffee I thought I say medium coffee but accidentally say small when when I tell him nicely can I make it to medium.he was like ahaaaaaa he give me so irritated voice and looks.he sound so irritated by me. Worst tims ever. They never began prepare my preordered food until I arrived and asked. Three items missing from my order which DoorDash had to refund. Worst of all, one of the timbits appeared to have been half eaten when we opened it.
