This location has very rude employees. Please and thank you are not in their cultures vocabulary. Common courtesy goes a long way ladies. Show respect for your customers, especially those that frequent this place weekly.
We are so disappointed with this location’s employees…we enjoy Tim Hortons BUT this location has the, to say the least, rudest employees. Based on current reviews and our many visits, there seems to be a problem. Is it a new owner hiring and not monitoring their employees? We will not visit this location any more even though it’s our closest location.
Burnt bagel breakfast sandwich again so I still can’t adjust my rating
Asked for a breakfast bagel toasted and I got a burnt black bagel. These people look like they hate their lives too. There’s plenty time Hortons around don’t go to this one
Workers were not professional on the register and the iced caramel latte that I was served was disgusting. It tasted burnt and old. The space was clean and neat, I understand some of the frustration as many noncustomers were utilizing the restroom.
