This is one of the worst Tim Hortons locations I’ve ever been to. Staff is consistently rude & unprofessional. There’s a greater chance they will over charge you and get your order incorrect vs actually charging & providing you with what you ordered. Staff never says please or thank you. Dirty looks galore. Go elsewhere for a quality Tim Hortons experience.
Wow, I thought it was just me but after reading the reviews I feel the same! The morning crew is not the best. They are cranky and lousy. They might need a caffeine shot more than the customers. Their rude behavior will soon reflect on the sales and lack of customer visits if this appalling service continues! Atleast get the customer orders right to start off!
I used to frequent this location to get myself and family coffee, and I’m not even joking the girls in the morning are is incredibly rude. They don’t care and always get the order wrong no matter how simple. It is incredible that they’re allowed to just keep working there with the attitudes they have. If they don’t want to work they should stay quit. If I could give this locations a 0 I would.

The service is excellent. I visit most days and I usually get coffee with a donut or two. I no longer order donuts because the person responsible for putting glaze on the donuts does a TERRIBLE job.
