Be advised this location does not carry the iconic Tim Hortons Frozen Hot Chocolate ☹️! Very disappointing that they made this choice for their menu! No fun drinks for those who are too young for caffeine or are caffeine free!
One of the most awful experiences in a drivethru I’ve ever had. I tried to place my order. She was muffled and started yelling at me through the mic. When I got to the window, I said I don’t appreciate being yelled at. The lady shuts the window in my face. I was so upset that I was almost crying because of the rudeness. I will advise anyone to never go to this location. The staff are extremely unprofessional.
This morning one of the crew members who is regularly rude — today my order had been wrong twice . they kept having to ring it up 2 iced coffees when it had only been one and a hash brown , then she wrong up 2 hash browns and one coffee. She acted like she couldn’t hear ( a worker with common sense would just say drive to the window please ). Rude manager refuses to assist teachers that want to get donuts for their students!!! She would not take my order because I couldn't pay with a credit card (even though I have paid cash at this location for the SAME EXACT ORDER for the last 5 years). Luckily, the Birmingham location was willing to help out and took the order with no credit card needed.
