Staff seemed irritated. Coffee and bagel ok. 1st item not available.
Never going back. Saw a fly on a blueberry muffin. Muffins were in a glass case so I’m sure it made visits to other muffins. So gross.
Stopped by yesterday. First went in, and was not waited on, so tried the drive-thru. After placing order, waited 15 minutes. Person ahead left empty handed. After several more minutes, we left with nothing. Went to one on Woodward, and promptly got our coffee. Follow-up: I heard back from corporate. Donald messaged me to say all the staff is trained with in-store speed-of-service. Okay, great. But we didn't experience any service. The least they could have done is say sorry you had a bad experience. Here's an ice capp on us.
The ONLY reason I'm leaving one star is for the food - love a good Tim's breakfast sandwich. The location is convenient for me, but even that's not enough to bring me back. I use the drive thru in the mornings when I go, and EVERY SINGLE TIME, the people working the window are so frustratingly rude. Placing an order feels like I have a time limit to get my words out or I'll lose my place in line. After each item, I get "is that all?" or I'm given my total before they confirm I'm done ordering.
