Very busy Saturday at 11:30 AM. Four people working and two working drive-through. Waited inside in line over 15 minutes to be waited on or acknowledged. No one noticed us when I asked if someone was going to be taken care of us girl working in drive-through said she will after she makes all the other orders Left. Very very poor customer service. No one even acknowledge us even said will be with you shortly.
this is one of the only Tim Hortons locations that doesn’t mess up my coffee and for that reason I continue coming here! however i’m not sure what changed in the last couple months but the service is SUPER slow now. like i’ve waited in the drive thru for 20+ minutes slow.
The coffee is always made right at this location, and they usually have the items on the menu, I go to so many Tim Hortons that run out of menu items! I always drive the extra couple miles to go to this one instead of the Broadway and Bowen location
Service is slow. But that won't stop me from coming back. The quality of the food is good. Take-out ,too many mistakes I will not do any longer
They have a rat infestation in their kitchen and dining room an still serve customer you can see all the fluff the rats pull out of the chairs when you walk in there.
