The coffee I get at this location is always terrible. I tastes like milk and water. Same with any matcha latte I order here. I’m not sure they know what cold foam is either. I understand trying to keep up with amazing coffee houses like Starbucks but do what your employees can handle and comprehend. Sandwiches are good tho. Young brown man at the window needs to practice smiling and customer service skills.
The Depew Location on Transit Rd is great! Friendly and fast and never get my order wrong!

I ordered my coffee black just straight black and repeated it 3 times and I got coffee with cream paid 7.5 dollars for a drink that through in the trash because someone couldn't get the order right after repeating it for 3 times!!!is that so hard to do?!!!!!
