I see flies on top of donuts and muffins and when I asked what you do to take care of it - they said nothing . Also location will charge you for cup of water , no location I have been to in the past did that , very strange
Asked for a chocolate chip muffin was given a donut found out first break at work
The coffee I get at this location is always terrible. I tastes like milk and water. Same with any matcha latte I order here. I’m not sure they know what cold foam is either. I understand trying to keep up with amazing coffee houses like Starbucks but do what your employees can handle and comprehend. Sandwiches are good tho. Young brown man at the window needs to practice smiling and customer service skills.
The Depew Location on Transit Rd is great! Friendly and fast and never get my order wrong!
