I ordered a french vanilla and egg n chease sandwich for my wife.The Tim Horton employee,with no name tag, told her name when I demanded “BEA”asked ,English Muffin.I thought she missed understood so I repeat I need egg and chease sandwich.Then She rudely and loudly asked,”Do you want bread English Muffin”? I did not know there is a bread name English Muffin use for sandwich.Very rude employee with no knowlede of customer service.
