I went here because it is inside of my work and I went to order an iced coffee with Oreo and some tim bits. There was a short lady with a mask on on FaceTime with her daughter, and she introduced me to her for some reason which I do not know. Also there was a kid who I believed to be the age of 16 or 17 picking his skin and he came up to the counter and said not to offend you, but you look like a giraffe. Sorely lacking compared to my previous experiences with the chain. The staff was minimally helpful, but they had very empty shelves. They were even out of Timbits at the moment I walked in. "You can't buy what is not there."
