Ordered for pick up on the mobile app. When we got to the drive thru to let them know that we had a mobile order to pick up, the person gave an audible sigh as if they did not want help us. We confirmed the order and they told us to pull up to the window. The person who met us at the window gave us a hard time, arguing with us as we were showing them we paid for this location. Thankfully she got a manager but I will not be visiting this location again.
One of the rudest big boss managers ever. It's 8:30. The food was horrible and made wrong and the manager was so rude. One of the workers was polite but the other two including the main manager was completely rude and disrespectful. Wow? Since when do I expect to receive better service in a more professional manner in the inner city. Clean but nasty as all get out with no reason.
While the staff is nice, men’s room is always out of order.
This is the worst Tim Hortons in Rochester New York. How are you always out of sesame bagels… at a bagel place. If you know you’re always out of sesame bagels, why not make more of them?
