I have to say this store came along way , it’s very clean always up to par , coffee always fresh donuts sometimes they won’t have the one I want but they always recommend ones that’s available , I’m a regular I come in the evening an I always see Miss E she put a smile on my face & the rest of the customers I bet ,one of the FAVORITE locations the employees are better then before is all i can say! Keep up the great work guys .
I ordered a bagel with EXTRA cream cheese and got this high dissatisfied that I paid 2.20 for the smallest amount..
I drive for a living and tend to frequent Tim Hortons. Some have really gone down hill. I stopped in to the East Rochester location, it was very quiet, the ladies working(I didn’t get there names), greeted me as I came in the door. Seeing it’s a holiday I assumed they were slow, but they said it just slowed down. I just want to say they both have great customer service, which is hard to come by these days, the store and prep areas were clean as well as the ladies room. Keep up the good work.
