Timmy’s is my favorite coffee and this specific location can’t make the same coffee twice. I order the same thing everyday and have basically since this location opened and I’ve never had my todays coffee taste like yesterdays coffee. Today I was served a hot coffee ice cold and I’ll never go here again.

This is a review more for the GM/owner of the location rather than for the public. Crystal was the manager on staff, and she had bad customer service. They had a new girl on the front register, and she struggled to do our order, we come here a lot and the price seemed equal to or pretty close to the price it typically get with our order (plus we also downsized our drinks to mediums inst of larges) we were waiting for our grilled cheese and lemonade, and the new girl was nice enough to ask and make sure we got everything, so ... read more
