Not sure what changed, used to be decent but I'm recent times had been consistently bad. Definitely some red flags, incorrect items, hot coffee dispensed into a plastic cup half that is already half filled with something and then poured into the actual drink, unable to sell breakfast items in the afternoon for some reason, super long wait time for a single warmed item with nobody in the drive through, and mediocre food messily slapped together.
I'm always greeted with a smile and excellent service. People that work here work very hard especially when they are understaffed which is a lot of the time. But the food is always fresh and good and my drinks are always made the way that I have always enjoyed them. People that deserve recognition that work at this location, is Crystal the general manager, tina, autumn, sammy, cricket, Alex, Joel and many others. They all are very good at their job and they all work very hard
I went in for breakfast and it was a great experience. The service was fast, the staff members were friendly, and my food was great. Great job, Tim Hortons!
