Crystal is the bomb! Made this morning a memorable experience. Never had so much fun at a drive thru! Give that lady a RAISE!
Stopped there today for the first time (a Saturday morning). The dining room was closed. The line was insanely long and slow. They took a significant amount of time to take my order (must have been training someone) and they got one of the drinks wrong. The other drink was terrible. They were already out of several donuts. The staff were disorganized and not personable or friendly. Very disappointed with the overall experience - seems they need different management. Do better.
