On the day when I needed a good pick me up they were all kind and generous. Crystal the manager and Sammie were wonderful and so kind. This was the best morning to have right before surgery
I LOVE TIM HORTONS!!!! their staff are always so kind, i just spoke to the manager at my local tim’s and she was the sweetest person ever! they’ve got the best drinks by far, BETTER THAN STARBUCKS!
Sometimes you don't know what you are walking into, sometimes it takes forever for them to even realize there is a customer. In this case it wasn't that, they knew I was there and took my order, food was good no problems with that, however this time I needed to go to the restroom and there was absolutely NO toilet paper in either bathroom...idk I still like the food here but sometimes you just don't know what you are walking into. Absolutely the best place to go for your donut or coffee fix!! Everyone is extremely friendly and makes you feel at home. Tim Hortons has definitely replaced my desire to visit Dunkin or Starbucks again
