This 10 & Ryan Tim Horton service gone down the hills. Sunday afternoon the place is not busy at all ordered 5 bagels and cappuccino. The whole order was messed up. I ordered everything bagels they gave me plain bagels and whole bag was messy cream cheese and butter everywhere all over the bagels bag. I also ordered a cappuccino which doesn't have any flavor or sugar. Absolutely horrible service.
The people are not customer friendly.
Every time we stop by this location it's closed (even though open sign is on) or they dump out their iced coffee and they are out.
