I don't know what's been going on with the service here in the past few months, but its severely fallen. This Tim Hortons used to be packed every single morning but I've noticed since the sudden change recently that they're always dead now. Despite that, I had to pull around and wait for my one breakfast wrap this morning outside of the line despite the fact that there was no one in front of me in the drive thru and only one person behind me, who also has to pull up with me and wait. The customer service is terrible, everything from mumbling in the drive through to the disgusting attitude of the employees.
Just driving through and the gentleman was super sweet correcting my ordering errors from a middle of the night quick stop. The coffee was hot and delicious. And I only waited in line 1 min. Wow!!!!!
