I had a wonderful experience at the Tim Hortons on 10 Mile & Ryan Rd in Warren. The sweet lady Ms.Adiba, working there showed incredible kindness and understanding toward me and my child, who is on the autism spectrum. Instead of judgment, she offered comforting words and even suggested bringing my child in one day for a bit of work experience. That meant the world to me. We’ve been regulars ever since. Outstanding customer service provided by Royce and his crew. Friendly staff, clean atmosphere and very speedy on the orders. Great place to hang and get some work done or have some coffee with friends.
My daughter and I were in drive through this morning the lady taking the order never told us that they didn't have large cups and charged my daughter for a large but she gave her a medium instead of a large my daughter told her that we want the difference, why can't someone go to another store and get some large cups so from on we will start asking for a recite and also the lady at the window should change her mask it's all wet.
