They are advertised that they close at 5 but this location is Notorious for closing before hand!!! Always! Without fail! I tried to go in one time at 3pm and the lobby was closed?! Either close the doors permanently or hire more people!
Guy who worked here when I came here previously was really rude, gave me black coffee instead of a latte. Staff has poor listening skills fix your staff. And I'll come to this place again for now on im ordering take out from here. I like Tim Hortons so im giving it a 1/5, but the staff a 1/5.
Cameron and Billy made this an unforgettable experience. Thanks for the top notch service and professionalism guys! That cold brew coffee and red bull got me back safely to my destination.
