We’ve been going to this Tim Hortons location for a long time and have never had issues until today. The male server who took our order was extremely rude and unprofessional after they missed an item and we simply asked for it to be added. He muttered under his breath, made comments to a female server, and he slammed the window on us. AWFUL experience. Came at 4:10 and they got rude with me for trying to order timbits. Lady on the speaker told me they were out of those flavors so I said that’s totally fine and tried to order two kinds of donuts. She then said they were out of those too but didn’t give me any alternative. Was pouring concrete for a contractor, stopped in for a quick bite. Was in and out just like that.
I had a very disappointing experience at this location. I went through the drive-thru and felt like I was being rushed from the moment I got to the speaker. The employee had a very rude attitude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience instead of a customer. To make things worse, in front of me one of the employers said to not accept coupons through the drive-thru.
