They can do better and coffee’s
I went on Sunday around 2pm their staff had a group of super sweet young girlies that admired my baby, they were quick polite and it was clean. I loved my pumpkin ice capp too 🧡
Rude staff, their speaker box is to low you cant hear them...they will yell at you if you cant answer them correctly due to it...the girls working the morning dont listen when you order. So just double check it before you pull up. They'll put your frosted doughnut in a bag an when you pull it out its stuck to the bag. The sandwiches/bagels are constantly burnt. Can’t make matcha
Soooo, Timmy’s is one of my favorite coffee places to go when I’m home here in Michigan. But this Tim Hortons is lackinggggg in Customer Service and coffee and just everything!! The food they gave looked like they stepped on it, coffee was cold, the three times I’ve gone there, they were so freaking RUDE. This third and last time I’m ever going, I legit told them to work on their customer service because they were way too rude!! Coming from Texas back here, looks like I need to step up my Rude Game.
