Order two things on the app and they don’t have either and just give you whatever instead and shrug. Not sure they even have lights in this store. Parking lot and drive thru are trashed. Done with them.
Today I got an English muffin sandwich with a black coffee and a hash brown the eggs had eggshells in them so I wasn't able to eat the whole sandwich most of it I had to spit out before I swallowed the eggshells and the hash brown taste like it was unthawed refrozen and then cooked well done it was scratching my gums so I wasn't able to eat the hash brown
UPDATE: been here twice since my last review 7 months ago for a convenient breakfast, and to nobody’s surprise, BOTH times they forgot my 3 hash browns that I paid for. They don’t answer the phone either so I’m just out of money. This place is absolute trash!!!!!! This location is making me start to despise Tim Hortons when it used to always be my go to coffee and breakfast spot. The employees need better training. 2 days in a row I've delt with horrible attitude and service from that kid with the speech impediment who wears the hat and can't say the letter "R" My cream donut had no cream in the middle. My vanilla dip donut was stale and had no frosting and sprinkles on it. My s'mores latte was incorrect. Supposedly the ice cap machine is down. Gave me an attitude for asking for a sleeve for my hot coffee. The management here needs to get it together and hire staff that takes their job seriously.
