Soooo, Timmy’s is one of my favorite coffee places to go when I’m home here in Michigan. But this Tim Hortons is lackinggggg in Customer Service and coffee and just everything!! The food they gave looked like they stepped on it, coffee was cold, the three times I’ve gone there, they were so freaking RUDE. This third and last time I’m ever going, I legit told them to work on their customer service because they were way too rude!! Coming from Texas back here, looks like I need to step up my Rude Game.
This location specifically is absolutely terrible! I recently moved here from Taylor to Trenton and almost every single time I go here they get my order wrong. When you order a large tea it comes with two tea bags! They always do one. Heaven forbid I order cream and sugar with it.. it’s almost never there so I just check it at the window now. I ordered in the drive thru and received my food. My order was wrong and asked for cream and sugar in my ice coffee and didn’t receive it.. I tried calling the store to see if they can do anything and the phone don’t work. Not a happy camper
