2 days in a row I've delt with horrible attitude and service from that kid with the speech impediment who wears the hat and can't say the letter "R" My cream donut had no cream in the middle. My vanilla dip donut was stale and had no frosting and sprinkles on it. My s'mores latte was incorrect. Supposedly the ice cap machine is down. Gave me an attitude for asking for a sleeve for my hot coffee. The management here needs to get it together and hire staff that takes their job seriously. One of the worst Tim Horton in the area. Order online for it to be ready at pickup, never is. Most employees ignore you since you’re not in the drive though, many just walking around on their phones and have a pissed off look on their faces. Will not be ordering from here again

Great place to grab coffee if you enjoy a trip to the urgent care or ER for burns all over your hands and lap. They know you love coffee so much that they fill it up to the absolute brim with the most boiling hot coffee imagineable. So much so that it's gonna spill all over your hands, car, legs, simply just from trying to transfer it from the drive thru window into your cupholder.

Two months ago, my wife and I thought we would eat some Tim Hortons for breakfast. We used a credit card that we never really use. My wife said let’s use it later that afternoon. That card was compromised and someone had spent $130 in gas at a local gas station and tried to buy liquor at a liquor store before the card was flagged as fraud. The credit union called us and told us about it and because we only use that card at Tim Hortons. It had to be someone there. I went to the location talk to the acting manager.
