The staff doesn't seem to have the skillset to handle lunch time rush. The guy making the drink just makes it and sets it down. No verbal confirmation or label on the cup to say what drink was what so if you have allergies dont come here.
I tend to be a Tim's fan, I like their drinks; however, this one has been serving an Ice Capp with almost no ice at all in it, just a thin liquid drink...the one in Bellefontaine gives you ice in their drink.
