This review is specifically about management's response to my wife's experience at the Tim Hortons on 32 Mile. After receiving an order where nearly everything was wrong, my wife tried to address it WHILE SHE WAS STILL AT THE WINDOW. Wrong Iced Capp. Wrong second drink — she was handed a black coffee she never ordered. Wrong breakfast sandwich. Confusion over the Timbits. I placed a mobile order for 1 oreo iced capp, 1 cinamon carmel apple latte, 20 timbits, 1 bacon egg and cheese biscuit and 1 bacon egg and cheese muffin. Pull up to the window and she hands me a vanilla iced capp to which I say it’s supposed to be an Oreo iced capp. The person behind her who is making the drinks says “it says vanilla “as she’s looking at the screen and refuses to change it or fix it. This place is like a 50/50 bet that somethings going to be bad. You could get rude staff but the foods good or you could get friendly staff but you had to wait 25mins for an online order you put in 20mins before you got there. Do yourself a favor and just hit a gas station atleast the coffees hot and theres no egg shells in the breakfast sandwiches.
