I’ve been getting the same thing lately because the first few times it was so good. I get a large vanilla cold brew with 1 sugar free vanilla shot. The last 3 times I’ve gotten it, it’s been so sweet that it’s completely undrinkable. Like they poured half the bottle in it. It’s very disappointing because it tastes so good when it’s done right. This has been every time I’ve ordered around 8am during the week. Please stop. Update 4/13. Now Mr. Horton’s….why is there an egg bite on my bagel? 😑
Food was fast and good! Got a breakfast BELT and it was made fast and was good too!! Also got some timbits and they were fresh and not stale.
For 3 days now I have ordered the Hazelnut Mocha Iced Capp Topped with Nutella : And I ordered it without chocolate syrup, extra hazelnut syrup, 1 espresso shot….. and each time it has only came with the espresso shot and whip topping…. Nothing else!! I pay extra for things and the signature Nutella to be on there and nothing I get nothing. And each time I pull up to the window they have an iced coffee waiting (the wrong drink) instead of reading exactly what I ordered!!!
