Wanted it toasted well and they decided to burn the bagel. Nobody in the history of toasting bagels WANTS IT BURNT WE JUST WANT IT TO ACTUALLY BE TOASTED. I also didn’t say double toasted I said well toasted as in golden brown like freakin TOAST
