Just waited 15 minutes for one tuna salad sandwich to be made. Nobody in the drivethru. Nobody in line. 8 people behind the counter with no customers anyone a 15 minute wait time on something you just slap on bread is mind boggling. Do better.
Honestly I’m mad. The attitude I received from the teenagers in there tonight was ridiculous. My drink came to me looking completely different than it normally does. (I get the same drink every time) when it came to me I stated it wasn’t right.. the first employee was super nice about it, but the girl who came over the second time and tried to hand me the same drink had one hell of an attitude with me because I said something about it not being right to her, then she proceeded to say well it’s just not mixed… uhm excuse me? ... read more
I drove through the drive thru this afternoon. I ordered a medium tea, vanilla ice latte and a mocha ice latte. Of course the order was incorrect. One of the drinks was a scalding hot coffee served in a clear plastic, large pop cup, I told the girl that this was not what i ordered. She proceeded to pass the tray to me.
