This morning my husband went to this Tim Hortons with a very specific donut order for our grandchildren. It was an assorted dozen. The door was locked so he could only use the drive through. He placed the order and they completely screwed it up. They chose to not give us their Old Fashioned Glaze (which is their standard basic donut) and substituted some cream filled chocolate donut the kids wouldn’t eat. So what was suppose to be a fun and special treat turned out to be a big disappointment. We’ll never return!

Went through the drive-thru today I was very specific of asking to put the parchment paper on top of the donuts by the time I get home the chocolate won't be stuck to the Brown bag. When I get home the donut what's wrong I'm so petty because the chocolate was on the brown bag. I didn't want any more money wasted 🤯
