The customer service here is horrible on top of horrible customer service my order is never correct you asked for almond milk they put whole milk just feel like they need to do better
This place took new owner and it sucks!! Use to be my daily stop but today will be my last day! They no longer make donuts after noon so if you go there you get the leftover of what been sitting since then! They charge to have a cup or water with your coffee now! Everything has Beeb cut back as the owner has told everyone he is cutting back cost!! Not sure it will be in business long with the new rules and food! From what I’m told they also bought the one on Belleville so guess I’m switching to Duncan or Starbucks!!!
Been ordering donuts and coffee the last 5 years the night before and was told new ownership does not do that unless prepaid after they accepted my order and did not find out until I arrived at 6am...surprise....no donuts for my employees for the early morning meetings. Management needs changing. It was great a cople of months ago. I understand policy changes, but let us know, not at time of pickup. All I have to say is Dunkin donuts values their customers.
