This place is always a pigsty. Total mess. Very slow. Worst to me, they do not have decaf coffee. It is just their policy not to brew it…and they think that makes sense. It’s a coffee shop! It’s on the menu! Clean your store.
Girl behind the counter was to worried about giving away free chili and donuts instead of telling me my food was ready as it sat on the counter for 5 minutes gettin cold.
Absolutely disgusting experience. I ordered a box of Timbits and found what appeared to be a human tooth inside one of them. This is beyond unacceptable—it’s a serious health and safety issue. I’m completely shocked that something like this could even happen in a food establishment. There clearly needs to be much stricter quality control and hygiene standards in place. I was coming here quite frequently, until a specific young white girl that was working there dark brown hair, kinda looks like a boy, was making my drinks, and was clearly laughing while trying to hand me my drink as I re instructed her to put the whip topping on the iced cappuccino I purchased, you have children working in ur store and that's how you lose customers
I had one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had at Tim Hortons. I was charged for extra meat on my sandwich—something I paid for without hesitation—but when I got my order, it wasn’t there. Mistakes happen, no big deal. So I went back to the counter politely and asked for either the missing item or a refund. That’s where things went completely off the rails.
