Ordered an egg and cheese bagel a few times, 3 out of four times they had put bacon in it. I had to go back in and stand in line again and wait for them to fix it. This has happened multiple times and there was no apology at all just attitude. I’ve given up on this location.

I have been burned by this location for the last time. I placed an online order for in store pickup at 7:31am. 7:50 am I arrive and both doors are locked. At this time, the drive-through line was wrapped around the store. I called the store to explain I have a mobile order for in store pick up with no way of receiving it. The lady on the phone then tells me they are too understaffed to open the lobby so I will have to wait in the drive-through line.
