To Tim Hortons Customer Service, I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent visit to one of your locations, on McKinley Parkway, We ordered two Peppermint Supreme Lattes, and both drinks were served at room temperature with no whipped cream or peppermint pieces, despite what was shown and advertised in the pictures.
