The drinks and food are great. The service today was terrible. Out of at least 6 or 7 employees only 3 seemed to be doing any work. They all seemed to have attitudes. One girl stood around doing nothing until it was time for her to clock out. She even said "Im just waiting to clock out" It took FOREVER for them to finally take our order and just as long to make it.
If i could give this place negative stars, I would. 7 people behind the counter and my order took 25 minutes. Unbelievable how the management allows this. How is this franchise still open? Not the first time either, this has happened multiple times.
Went to drive through, by the time I sipped my coffee it was the worst ever. Mainly water, I asked for decaf not coffee flavored water
