The service is friendly, but I'd say the food and drinks can be quite inconsistent. For a few months the chai lattes would either come out perfectly or they were completely wrong: instead being made as a black coffee with a regular tea bag inside. This was incredibly odd to me, as I've never experienced anything like this while ordering a chai latte at other establishments. This is my go to place in the morning. I think they have the best cold foam and the wait is never very long. Very occasionally something in my order is wrong or missed.
