I’ve been a customer for over 15 years came back from South Carolina this week had two different cups of coffee at this location same people working and I will tell you it was the most disgusting coffee I’ve ever had literally could’ve done better at Speedway even my Daughter‘s iced coffee was disgusting
Today my coffee was hot, my croissant soft and flakey, and my donut delish. The cashier was the only employee working at the time so the fact she handled it all and it was hot was the reason I wanted to give this review. I wish I had gotten her name but it was Sat 02/07 about 1145a.
Went for my usual drink. An oreo iced capp. She rang it up wrong at drive through so I decided to check my drink before we drove off. They forgot the cookie crumbles. I politely asked for it just to be corrected and she said “there is cookie crumbles in there” when everyone in the vehicle clearly saw there was not. She then said “sorry about that” and shut the window without correcting the order. Rude service and awful drink.
