visited Tim Hortons on Euclid in Bay City today 8/7/25. I usually order the turkey club sandwich, but this time I requested it be made on the Panini bread grilled. When I pulled up to the window, Carson confirmed my request and happily created my special sandwich for me. After waiting a few minutes, he came back to the window to let me know he accidentally put tomato on it, apologized, and let me know he was in process of making me another one which is what was taking so long. no ice cream. no ice cream cakes all the freezers broke and they said they can't afford to fix them. also,always out of stuff no this, no that. I feel like they are on the verge of bankruptcy .
When I walked in this girl was reading and didn’t acknowledge me. So ingnorant and then when she was helping me she was visibly annoyed and bitter to me
