Update. This place has REALLY gone downhill. HORRIBLY slow service. They have multiple people working drive thru, and then the slowest person works the lobby. God forbid you want to go IN the store to what they have left, as they sell out of favorites ofte Hit and miss. Great products and coffee - but check your order if you use the drive through. I've been missing items, had cream in my coffee I ordered black, just basic mistakes, but enough to ruin your breakfast or lunch.
We asked for sausage egg and cheese croissant and sausage mcmuffin no egg and got a bacon egg and cheese croissant and a sausage and cheese croissant so we got 2 croissants when 1 was suppose to be a muffin and 1 bacon and both were suppose to be sausage so to spend $21 and not even get what you payed for crazy your employee should pay a little closer attention to what he was doing. Worst staff I’ve ever seen, I don’t understand why people don’t train kids anymore these days just let them be rude to anyone they please and instead of doing better create fake accounts just to boost the ratings of the store… that’s embarrassing ms. “Lesa Alexander” like please I’ve been in there multiple times and it’s always the same sassy disrespectful kids I’ve ever seen. DO BETTER!!
