Very unwelcoming feeling walking in. Everyone just standing around in their own little world. Older lady at the register was just very snippy and not polite at all.
This Timmies is great, but the parking lot is much too small. The staff, however, is incredible. We came in on Sunday before church and it was packed but they had a great system and got us through as quick as they could
I believe I was invisible when I walked in as I watched everyone around me get helped and no one spoke to me. Glad drive thru gets taken care of but what about everyone inside, including ones picking up orders!! Was bad here but this is crazy!!
Update. This place has REALLY gone downhill. HORRIBLY slow service. They have multiple people working drive thru, and then the slowest person works the lobby. God forbid you want to go IN the store to what they have left, as they sell out of favorites ofte Hit and miss. Great products and coffee - but check your order if you use the drive through. I've been missing items, had cream in my coffee I ordered black, just basic mistakes, but enough to ruin your breakfast or lunch.
