donuts disgusting and inedible. So stale that warming them up did not even help. Will never return. In your reply- how exactly am I supposed to reach out? You gave no email or number. Doesn't matter no one should eat this unhealthy food anyway. Lazy greedy corporations don't even make any food fresh anymore so it will always be bad. I got donuts for someone else and felt bad. I haven't had donuts in a decade, so I really see how these places have gone downhill. I will eat healthy at home.
haven't had donuts in years and had a craving. bought $13 dollars worth and were all disgusting and inedible. So stale that warming them up at home did not even help. Will never return.
I would like to say I was in the Bay city Tim Horton at around 8 p.m Monday and the young man was amazing. He had a lady come in being very rude to him yelling at him. He handle the situation in a professional way. Good job . You deserve a raise for what you all have to put up with.

Online ordering allowed me to get dozens of donuts and take 12 coffees, AND set a time. It was all ready and on the counter when I walked in. Loved that I didn't have to wait like I do at other Tim Hortons!
