The staff here makes you tip them automatically. I paid with credit here, and she typed it into the machine, and I watched her tip herself 15% and then leave the machine sideways so “I couldn’t see” and then I was in shock and didn’t know what to do, so I just paid it. I don’t think this is ethical, especially in a hospital where people are already vulnerable. Like come on lady, I just broke my arm, I’m sorry but I shouldn’t be forced to tip you.
