To whom it may concern, I am a staunch consumer of Tim Horton's since 2004. In 2018, my one and only son began working at Tim Horton's store #1147, located at 34441 Michigan Ave, Wayne MI 48184. The store manager was not only rude, verbally abusive to the younger staff, but showed signs of being racist towards non-Caucasian (both employees and customers), also, her comments were very inappropriate and sexual in nature towards the minor boys, including the African Americans.
