This morning I was craving a sausage egg and cheese waffle so I went through the drive through. When I got home I was disappointed to find they had given me a chicken waffle so I called up and talked to Sarah she was very nice and apologetic and not only offered to replace my sandwich but my coffee as well. When I arrived at the store for my replacement it was very busy but they didn't complain or give me attitude about the replacement.
