I’ll preface this review by saying this is not a store problem. This is a regional management or franchise owner problem. Regional Management or franchise owners get control of your store and its employees. I stood at the cash register for 5 minutes and not one employee acknowledged me. There’s 5 people working today. I was waiting for my food when employe got mad at customer because they was ignoring her and she said something. Employe embarrassed the other employees by acting like a fool. Customer is always first but not at this tim Hortons won’t be back.
What started out as a simple restroom stop turned into one of those classic road-trip moments you truly can’t make up. We pulled off near I-71 and Route 665 in Grove City, Ohio, and stopped at the Tim Hortons located inside the Wendy’s / Tim Hortons combo building at 3065 London Groveport Road.
