I witnessed, through the drive thru window, a female employee opening product with her teeth. Unacceptable
Was in the drive thru at 430. Sat for 10 minutes before pulling up to the window. The workers said we're closed because we have to clean before 5. I thought you served your product until 5? Horrible experience. As I sat waiting on someone to come over the intercoms I see 2 workers talking the whole time at the counter.
Literally the worst breakfast I’ve had at Tim Hortons. Hashbrown was cold and sitting for a while. It tastes like cardboard. The sandwich that they made me was cold usually don’t leave reviews, but I had to do this one. Service was great food quality not so much.
I’ve called multiple times asking to speak with a hiring manager, and each time, an employee has either ignored me or just hung up without saying a word. This is beyond disrespectful and completely unprofessional. If this is how they treat potential employees, I can only imagine how they treat their actual staff and customers. It’s honestly embarrassing for a business to operate like this, and it speaks volumes about the kind of management they have.
