Worst run business of the Tim Horton stores I’ve experienced over the last 30 years in Ohio. Constant employee turnover and workers make frequent mistakes on orders due to communication through speaker system. It’s an unfriendly customer experience. I assume.
Donut was fresh and delicious but Tim Horton has forgotten how to make their Signature coffee!! I keep stopping, hoping to get the coffee I love but you keep failing. This was made fresh but I could taste the cleaner used to clean the pot!! You’re breaking my heart.
I used the drive thru last week and the guy at the window was rude to my husband.Today I went into the store to see if it was any better. I ordered a dozen donuts and the girl disappeared. The manager was returning this guy's 2 drinks because he did not like them. Hmm So waiting for the girl to show up I just told the manager you know what I want my refund since I already paid and just waiting for service now I'm leaving. He said can I ask why. I was disappointed to drive to this location only to find out that they do not serve lunch and only serve breakfast all day.
