I walked in and I got my ordered right away but didn’t get my honey glazed donut :(
to the sweet blonde girl who fixed my coffee this morning the world needs more people like you. the amount of times she apologized for it being made wrong & wanted to triple check it was made right someone give this girl a raise for understanding how important my coffee is. i wish i could remember her name she was at the front counter.
I love our Galion Tim Hortons location. The manager is adorable, sweet, and always friendly in a non pervy way. The staff is amazing. They work hard to get orders out in a timely manner. It rarely works because they are always slammed, but they carry on with a smile, even when rude people are complaining. Seriously I love our galion location. The management, staff, and food is amazing.
To many times given chances. Orders are always wrong. Order a mocha coffee with 5 creams 5 sugar substitutes and it comes out looking like milk. You report it they give you attitudes. Report it to main area they refer back to local store for no rectifying action. They used to be good now they don't care who they make mad.
