Sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes! Didn't get to place our order one of the employees was sitting on a curve out by the dumpster. I guess that cigarette is more important than the customer.
i recently stopped going to tim hortons because literally every time i go through the drive through it feels like they are rushing me. i decided to go today bc it’s close. i got a LARGE frozen hot chocolate. excuse me this is a medium in a large cup. please be for real. there was no effort made in this lmao
The staff is beyond friendly and efficient! They made the food they service the best they can! I can not speak highly enough of the staff…EVERY TIME I have been there I received great service!! Manager is on point with the restaurant!!
I love this Tim Hortons location. They have fantastic people working for them. The employees are upbeat and nice every time I go through the drive through. The morning manager there, not sure of her name, is always very upbeat and greets me with a “good morning what can I get fresh for you today.” And after I order “have a great day sweetheart.” Great employees at the Galion location!
