Terrible experience at this Tim Hortons on Main Street in Clarence, NY. I ordered bagels and they were warm, not toasted, and tasted awful. I was in a rush to get to work and trusted they'd get a simple order right — but they didn't. The food ruined my breakfast and honestly threw off my whole morning. I have the receipt and everything to prove it. This location clearly doesn’t care about quality or customer service.
