Shut their doors unexpectedly and permanently on February 1st.
1 month ago, I ordered a medium latte with the app. When I arrived the doors were locked; I had to use the drive thru. When I got to the window, they said their espresso machine wasn't working and suggested a small coffee instead. I went back today and asked if their espresso machine was still broken. She said they don't have an espresso machine.
First time here from out of state , this morning I placed and online order to pick up in drive thru (couldn’t quite find where the drive thru window was ) I didn’t know I missed the speaker and went up to the window . Never did I think she was going to yell at me (I said sorry over and over ) not once but TWICE. After she was done yelling at me , She proceeded to tell me at that location they do not have lattes and gave me a small coffee instead.
