Had a horrible experience this morning. I was on my way to work so I ordered through the drive through. I ordered spinach egg bites and a caramel apple latte. They gave me bacon egg bites and I don't eat pork and they gave me a mocha latte instead of caramel apple. I tried go in to correct the order but the doors were locked. I tried calling and no one answered the phone. The line was wrapped around the building because they locked the store so I couldn't go back through the drive through. Found nice employees; ones who treat you like a family. Came here on my breaks and early mornings but nearly 2 months from today their lobby has been closed. I personally used to love coming here from working at Ollies and taking my breaks but; it's became a joke with the hassle of them not having a complete lobby since I operate only on bike.
I don’t know what the cashier’s problem early this morning at 8:45am but the fact that I was telling her my order and she’s huffing and puffing and make it seem like it’s an issue and giving me attitude. Don’t work customer service if you’re not gonna have a positive attitude with customers, I can understand if I was coming off rude or disrespectful, but I didn’t. she didn’t even greet me. The employees are always so nice and act like they genuinely enjoy their job which is def a breath of fresh air from other coffee places in the area!
