Coffee, timbots and baked items was nice and fresh, shop was nice and clean
I had to update my review, I was in last Saturday (April 25th)I went in the front. Huge shout out to the 2 front workers! Damian and his coworker! I didnt catch her name unfortunately but she was very kind! Damian is always so happy anytime I see him! It makes the trip to tims worth it for sure. I notice he is always very busy but still makes time to stop and chat for a moment so you feel special everytime 😊
It used to be the best double double in Truro, but in the last week something changed and now it tastes really bad.
Although service is speedy at the drive-thru, there's no longer a feeling of welcoming and this will not help business. To have someone reach into my car to scan my phone and shove a debit machine in the car and basically throw my food at me has really changed my view of this one Tim Hortons. Good luck working on speed and combining the customer service experience in the balance.
Best tire pump in town. Out back !
