Initially, we had several issues with the drive tru's orders and it was always a frustrating experience having to go back in and wait again to have it corrected. That being said, the staff has always been apologetic, very friendly and kind. As of late, my orders are always perfect, no complaints. For the people saying the staff is rude, perhaps it works both ways? Some are offended they speak another language between themselves...so what? I will go well out of my way to give my business to this particular Tim Hortons. Every staff member is just as good as the next. The man working the window is quick and incredibly friendly. If I could give a raise to every employee in there I would.

Best Tim's in all of Truro constantly get my coffee right everytime always being quick so people arent stuck in the drive thru respectful people and good service 👍 Guy that works the window is good with people aswell
